Chisholm Trail Winery
Located 9 miles West of Fredericksburg off 290 West, Chisholm Trail Winery is approximately 12,000 square feet at the present time. Containing a 14,000 gallon capacity of wine tank space, Chisholm Trail Winery plans
to enlarge its facility to add a larger Barrel Room and extra storage space for equipment when not in use.

Chisholm Trail Winery began producing wine for the public in August, 1999 and released its first wines at its Grand Opening Festivities on June 1, 2001 . Our Cellar Rat Club is available to those who purchase a case or more of wine in our Tasting Room.
Paula K. Williamson is the winemaker.
She invites you to ask her questions you may have about the wines she produces or provide her
with any suggestions you may have for future plans at her winery.
Paula's first teacher for commercial wine making was Vernon Gold.
Paula has released her Gold Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon in his honor.
Chisholm Trail Winery's Tasting Room is open!
Thursdays through Mondays from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 p.m.
Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Also closed on the following holidays:
Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Bus Tours are welcome at Chisholm Trail; however, we ask that you call in advance
to make arrangements.
We invite you to sample our wines, and look forward to your visit!
Tasting are $1.00 per wine,
except for the Cabernet sauvignon which is $2.00 per tasting.
